Site Plans
Site Plans
A Site Plan is a detailed drawing of the proposed improvements for a given lot or parcel of land. A site plan usually consists of a site plan, building elevations, landscape plans, photometric (lighting) plans, and a material sample board. These plans generally depict improvements like the building footprint, sidewalks, streets, parking, drainage facilities, building elevations, and landscaping and hardscape elements.

The City of Rockwall requires site plans for all new development, with the exception of single family and duplex lots, and for the expansion of existing developments that increase their gross floor area by 50% or more.

Below is a list of approved Site Plans. Links to the site plans is provided in PDF format and may take several minutes to load depending on the size of the file and your browser.
