Concerns or complaints regarding Fire Personnel or Operations can be reported by completing this form and either submitting by email or mail to Rockwall Fire Department, 385 S. Goliad Street, Rockwall, TX 75087.

If your complaint or concern is regarding an emergency, please call 911 and speak to a Police Dispatch Operator.
